I just got done watching the post fight interview of Dan Henderson, after fighting Rich Franklin on Saturday night in Dublin Ireland at UFC 93.

Many people say that the UFC and Mixed Martial Arts fighting is barbaric, violent, or whatever you feel, but these guys are true sportsman. While watching the post fight interview, Henderson had nothing but good things to say about Franklin. I was impressed with his complements toward Franklin on his kicks, and Franklin’s performance in the third round. This is one of the reasons I like this sport, on top of the fast pace and action involved.
You may not like MMA or other combat sports, but Dan Henderson shows the class of mixed martial arts fighters.
